That inefficiency makes rural distribution expensive and one-directional, when the village has just as much to send out as to receive.
What we're building
Hesa on Wheels builds a franchised two-way trade rail: goods flow in, rural produce flows back out, and the backhaul becomes the engine of the economics.
Local franchisees run the routes, capturing value in both directions and turning wasted return legs into revenue.
